長(cháng)安(ān)馬自達發動機有(yǒu)限公(gōng)司（以下簡稱“CME”）創立于2005年9月26日，前身為(wèi)長(cháng)安(ān)福特馬自達發動機有(yǒu)限公(gōng)司，正式更名(míng)于2019年1月29日。
CME的投資方為(wèi)重慶長(cháng)安(ān)汽車(chē)股份有(yǒu)限公(gōng)司和馬自達汽車(chē)株式會社，雙方各出資50%，投資總額5.77億美元，注冊資本2.1億美元。CME現有(yǒu)員工(gōng)1100餘人，擁有(yǒu)先進完備的鑄造、機加、總裝(zhuāng)三大工(gōng)藝制造生産(chǎn)線(xiàn)，初期設計總産(chǎn)能(néng)43萬台（2013年），其中(zhōng)SKY發動機産(chǎn)能(néng)目前為(wèi)14.5萬台，到2020年将提升至18.2萬台。
作(zuò)為(wèi)南京市工(gōng)業企業五十強之一，CME注重科(kē)學(xué)管理(lǐ)，踐行社會責任，先後通過了ISO9001、TS16949、IATF16949質(zhì)量體(tǐ)系認證，OHSAS18001:2007職業健康安(ān)全管理(lǐ)體(tǐ)系，以及ISO14001:2014環境體(tǐ)系認證。曾榮獲馬自達全球卓越質(zhì)量團隊獎、“全國(guó)模範職工(gōng)之家”稱号、江蘇省文(wén)明單位等多(duō)項榮譽，SKYACTIV-G 2.0L發動機榮膺“‘中(zhōng)國(guó)心’年度十佳發動機”稱号。

Changan Mazda Engine co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as ’CME‘) was founded on September 26, 2005, formerly known as chang an ford Mazda engine co., LTD., which was officially renamed on January 29, 2019.
CME is invested by Chongqing Changan Automobile Co.,Ltd. and Mazda Motor Corporation, with each party contributing 50%, with a total investment of us $577 million and a registered capital of us $210 million. Currently, the company has more than 1100 employees, and has advanced and complete manufacturing production lines for casting, machining and assembly. The initial designed total production capacity is 430,000 (in 2013), among which SKY engine production capacity is 145,000 currently, which will increase to 182,000 by 2020.
As one of the top 50 industrial enterprises in Nanjing, the company pays attention to scientific management and social responsibility. It has passed ISO9001, TS16949, IATF16949 quality system certification, OHSAS18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system, and ISO14001:2014 environmental system certification. The company has won the Mazda Global Quality Team Award, the “National Model Workers Home” title, and Civilized unit of Jiangsu province. The SKYACTIV-G 2.0L engine won the title of “China Heart's Top Ten Engines of the Year”.
